4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
We accept payments via:
UPI
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment must be completed at the time of order placement (except COD orders).
In case of failed payments or errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform you promptly.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 day of order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery within India takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Ashirwad Jewellers will not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Returns & Refunds
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Returns are accepted for unused, unworn items in original packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
A quality inspection will be conducted upon receiving the returned product.
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated after deducting any damage costs if the product shows visible defects caused by the customer.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI or COD reversal) within 7–10 business days after approval.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer conditional exchanges for unused items, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us via email or phone.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds for canceled orders (within the allowed time frame) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
