We take pride in offering 925 Premium Silver Jewellery with the highest quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated once the returned product has passed our quality inspection.

Any damages will result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI or COD reversal) within 7–10 business days after approval.
